  • Order Fulfillment: All items are made-to-order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production and quality checks before shipment.
  • Custom Orders: For custom designs, processing may take additional time. Estimated times will be provided during checkout or via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order size, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions will apply automatically if eligible.

International Shipping

Yes, Yonni ships worldwide! International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Delays may occur due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost: Contact us at meow@shopyonni.com with your order number so we can help track it down.
  • Damaged: Report within 5 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and item(s) so we can make it right.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes: Shipping address or item edits must be requested within 24 hours of ordering.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. After that, production may have started and cancellation may not be possible.
